How To Apply for Financial Aid
All families applying for Financial Aid to Newark Academy must apply through 清晰.
To get started, please go to the 清晰 Application and create an account. The application typically takes less than 30 minutes to complete. The 清晰 Application is also mobile-friendly so you can complete it from anywhere. You are also able to save your progress and return at any time. At the end of the application, there is a $60 fee to submit, and you can share your application with additional schools that accept the 清晰 Application for no additional charge. As 清晰 is operated by a third party, Newark Academy is not able to provide fee waivers.
The 清晰 Financial Aid Application must be completed online by December 12, 2023 for current families and January 12, 2024 for prospective families.
Once 清晰 receives your application, it will request supporting documentation. Supporting financial documentation requested through 清晰 includes current year W2, Form 1040 and a pay stub. If you do not receive a pay stub, please email us at financialaid@zgmdwy.com so that we can waive that requirement. Additional documents such as a K-1, Form 1065, Form 1120S, P&L Statement, will be requested and required if or when appropriate.
All completed applications submitted to 清晰 are reviewed by Newark Academy’s Financial Aid Committee. Decisions are communicated to families in the spring of each year for the coming school year.
